It really is beautiful and totally appropriate for John, isn't it?

Way back when it was on, John was totally my main man.

It's really pretty funny how by the end, he was just like "Yeah. This is...mildly surprising" even if his judgement didn't improve a ton. XD Eh, that's why he had Rodney to yell at him for all his mistakes, I guess.

Honestly, who could go through the things they did on a daily basis and not become a bit jaded about it? XD

And John to yell at all Rodney's mistakes! What a pair those two made.

To be honest, I love that about Stargate. They're just like "Oh, yeah, save the world, stop the bad guys, just another day. Coffee?"

That's one of the things I like about it too. John talks a man into letting a space vampire suck him dry to save Rodney's sister? "Hey, lets have dinner!"

There are so many more examples but that one really stood out.
