See I don't think fans are entitled to write fan fiction. It's the authors creation, and they can feel however they like about it, however I do feel that authors should just ignore it, and not get all high and mighty about it. Keep their feelings to themselves.

I do feel actors have the right to ask people not to write RPF about them, if it upsets them. That's fair enough because it might be really creepy for them and feel like a violation.
