This helps me too, OP. I know what anxiety is like; panic attacks are terrifying, and there's something really comforting about pretending you're getting a big cuddle/hug from one of your favorite characters. Keep hanging in there, OP. You're very strong.

Anxiety and depression sucks. I know from personal experience. And sometimes I even do the same thing you described in the secret, with different fictional characters though.
