Another asexual here.

Surely you know that being asexual =/= aromantic, and that some asexuals chose to have sex with their partners simply for the sake of their partners. So... why are you so upset? Yes, some asexuals are completely repulsed by the very idea of sex, but there are many different shades of asexuality. I think the idea of sex is gross, and I really have no desire to do anything of the sort. I'm not sure if I'd be able to do anything in a relationship, even if my partner wanted to.

But not all feel that way.

And even if they make Sherlock complete gay, or straight, or pan, or bi, or anything at all, it's just fanfiction. It's not harming you. There's no canon word on his sexuality anyway, and given the nature of the show (and book series), I don't see reason for there to be.

I love that there is finally a mainstream show that has a character I can read with some confidence as asexual, but... just because I read him that way, that doesn't mean he is.

Would I like it if there was more Sherlock fic that considered him asexual? Yes. Do I dislike fic that doesn't view him as asexual? Of course not. There are different interpretations, and different reasons for writing. People can view Sherlock any way they want to.

Ah, it's okay anon. That scene was pretty much all of my biggest fears combined (minus spiders), and I felt so sick watching it, but goddamn, she stayed really hot through the whole thing and afterwards.... she's just really attractive and even more so after you see how bad ass she is....

You're "terrified" of fanfiction, but the idea that Holmes is asexual is pure "fanon". If you're that big of a fan of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, you should know that. Asexuality and Asperger's aren't "quirks" and that's offensive to anyone who identifies as either. And you don't have "alleged Asperger's". You can't diagnose yourself with it and expect to be taken seriously. tl;dr: You sound like an idiot.
