I'd say it's more there are certainly other female doms out there, but they're a minority in any particular fandom. And where's the fun in ogling subs with another dom or discussing what you want to do to a sub if you have no idea who the subs are?

tl;dr: Doms do exist, but they're mostly spread out between fandoms.

Ack, you have a point! Of course if you were a domme you'd want to be able to find a sub, but the OP mentioned feeling left out in fandom discussions so I just assumed they wanted more like-minded people to talk to. Both (more subs and other dommes) would be nice for those interested.

Yeah, it's a relative numbers thing.

There are more subs than doms in general, and when you get into gender, female doms are the rarest IIRC. Especially female doms who like dudes.

(I like both but I'm mainly into women nowadays. I used to be mostly into men though and saw a lot of this kinda stuff. PRETTY MUCH EVERYWHERE.)
