Some people are naturally gorgeous, though? Even with photos that are clearly not photoshopped (such as candid/fan photos). (i.e. my icon, who I will gush about being beautiful and perfect as much as I please). I mean, yeah make-up, but there are some people who are just naturally pretty and that's fine.
I and I get what you mean, bu I can't really see a world where people go "man, that photoshop artist is REALLY talented in making this woman look prettier than she really is."

I took my main username from a fanfic a few years ago, and now I'm used to everyone calling me that, so it's awkward to reread the fic :( I get jarred out of the story whenever the character shows up. I still really like the name though.

It's the part where women look at photos like those and go "god, I wish I could look like her!" that bothers me. They can have that... with thousands of dollars in makeup artistry and plastic surgery and paying artists for good photoshop work, which those celebs have. It's just so aggravating watching people yearn to be that "naturally" beautiful- or what is portrayed to be "natural"- when it isn't the beauty they're missing at all. It's the money.

Nanananana SPIDER- and with this week, I'll just be tossing out some cute spider image that I find. This, for instance, is the face of a huntsman spider. These guys are actually prety large and can intimidate people, but they honestly aren't interested in hurting you!
