I'll just say that I wish writers would mix it up a bit, too. I know there's all the kinks and everything, but I'm pretty sure anal sex isn't the standard. And it's always written unrealistically.

But then, I can't really complain, my main fandoms are big enough that there's always variety if I don't like anal sex. *shrug*

I think it's going a little far to say that anal is always written unrealistically. Maybe in your fandoms it is, but I've been in some fandoms that write amazing, varied porn, and pretty realistic anal as well.
