That...is kind of a silly reason, ngl. And I love mythology and all, but come on, it's comic books! Totally different world. And The Avengers really is very good & enjoyable even if you're not a huge comic-reader. So I highly recommend it just as a general film. You won't regret it, I swear. There's just something so...lovely and warm and inviting about it. IDK, it's probably dumb, but I've seen it four times so far and I just feel all snuggly and familiar every time it starts. ♥
