I can't touch my clit right after I'm done either - if I do, I orgasm again, but it's kind of uncomfortable and not nearly as pleasant as the first one.
I don't know how often you masturbate, but have you tried waiting a few days before you do it again, to build up the excitement, so to speak? I've found that when I do that, I can last the longest and/or have the strongest orgasms.
And I can't even remember my first orgasm, I think I've been doing it since before I knew what masturbation was lol.

I've never even really tried pushing past that OMG DON'T TOUCH THERE reflex to see if I can orgasm again; I'm kinda curious now, lol. I do sometimes go for seconds about 15 minutes later.

Yeah, it can be better if it's been a while, but I usually only orgasm once every few days anyway, and usually CAN'T orgasm more than twice a day at most - I need the buildup. I guess like most people do, I have phases - I'll orgasm twice a day for a while and then go back to only bothering once every week or two. No, this isn't related to my menstrual cycle.

I didn't have an orgasm until I was 17. Before that I didn't masturbate but did like making myself horny, usually by reading pretty tame softcore scenes, but just for its own sake; I still weirdly miss being able to enjoy that. Then I stumbled across a kink that completely blew me away and got so horny that I HAD to touch and keep touching, so I remember that first orgasm pretty well.

I would like to recommend a vibrator for trying for multiples! I can only manage them very rarely, between the hyper-sensitivity of the clitoris and the fact that my interest in masturbation tends to drop off steeply after orgasm. However, with a vibrator you can indirectly stimulate the area in a way it's hard to do with fingers to help keep you aroused until you can stimulate more directly again.
