If anything OP, thanks for making people look up/otherwise learn about this.

If it's certain common noises that cause someone to get suddenly angry or violent, this very well might be what my own anger issues are.

You're welcome! I'm glad I could bring it to others' attention. It's a lot more common than people think, but the term itself isn't well known at the moment, sadly. So a lot of sufferers don't know that what they have is a real disorder.

I'd read into that, and see for yourself if that best describes you. There are many triggers, some common, some not, depending on the person. Personally it does sound like you have misophonia to me. Good luck! (:

Ah yes, I've learned now that it can be more than just common noises. For me personally, I'd have to consider this a serious possibility while I do more research, considering some of my past reactions to sounds.
