I don't shit in my pants though. And I can wipe my own ass, and I don't use my shit as a medium for painting on the walls, and I don't vomit on people's shoulders, and I don't shriek when I'm hungry, and I'm capable of spooning food into my own mouth without getting it all over my face, clothing, and surroundings, and I can clean up after myself.
