Honey, nobody but a fan would spend so much time dissecting the character. People can be fans of a certain character/series/whatever and still criticise it and/or disagree with how you read the canon.

I'm a fan of Tenth myself, but I consider he became a bit flat in the end, like all the wonderful unique traits he had were becoming overly simplified by stuff like repeating "last of the Time Lords", "I'm so so sorry" and so on, until the point they sounded less like powerful expressions of emotions and more like cliche catchphrases to instantly toss some "deep feelings and stuff" into the mix. I was heartbroken when he left, but to me Tenth had given all he could give; as hard as it was watching Tennant go, I welcomed a much needed change in the Doctor's personality. And Eleventh's childish, merry-go-luck side is a wonderful contast to his seriously creepy and dark side (which would be, to me, the logical next step when it comes to inheriting Tenth's emotional wreck, while not getting too much into the angst overdrive).
