Man, sometimes I WISH I could find closeted gay angst for my fandoms. But now, it's all porn or schmoopy or half a couple is angry protective after the other is victimized in some way. Where is this multitude of fic closet fic?

Seriously, if somebody could hook me up with some Castle fic (Ryan) Buffy fic (Xander) or Everwood fic (Bright), I would love you forever.

(Though, I get what you're saying about fantasy worlds, a little.)

Whether you like Doyle or not doesn't bother me, just the fact that you loved Encyclopedia Brown as a kid makes me love you not matter what. It was one of my favorite series as a kid too.

I never watched the show regularly, but even while only seeing episodes sporadically, I was always under that impression too. Always thought it was fairly obvious. (That being said, I do appreciate that the writers didn't take the easy route and put them together just because they're both gay men. Will never felt that way and it never would've worked.)

You're far from the only person I've seen who feels like this, OP. Don't feel like there's anything wrong with you just for fantasizing and enjoying this. It is fascinating to see how some characters work and what makes them stop working. As long as you don't try to carry this out with actual life beings, have fun!
