I can't find my vagina.

I'm a virgin, nobody ever touched my vulva except myself. I've been experiencing with masturbation for a while now but everytime I try to push my fingers a little deeper they're blocked by... something. Idk, it's like there's something in the way.

Your best bet is to take a peek with a hand mirror.

It could be anything from your hymen (it varies from woman to woman, some cover the whole hole, some a little, some have none at all, etc.) to an infection of sorts. Taking a proper look should help. Use a flashlight too if necessary.

If you can look at pictures of genitals in your computer without getting in trouble, look it up in Wikipedia. There are pictures that show what each part is like.

Some people do have hymens that cover the entire opening - this can easily be fixed surgically.

Yes, I have periods and they're pretty normal and regular.

I think that means it can't be completely imperforate but maybe it almost is? You probably should see a doctor or nurse even if it seems embarrassing, in case you do need surgical correction.

Well, you should be seeing a gyno once a year, anyway. Yes, even if you're a virgin; there are plenty of issues women can have with their reproductive organs that have nothing to do with they've had sex or not.

This. That's just good medical practice. You can ask questions while you are there, of course, but even when your sure everything is a-ok once a year is still a good idea.

You could do it with your fingers, but if you want to really get in there I would recommend something longer. Not necessarily a dildo, but maybe something similar? Remember to use lots of lubricant if you decide to use toys. Actually, since it's your first time, better use it anyway.

Some stores that have personal checkout machines also have lube in the hygiene products aisle. Make sure to get one that is sugar free with a water base. (Sugar+vagina= an increased chance of infection. Oil based lubes eat through condoms.)

As for toys, if you feel uncomfortable going to a store, there are plenty of sites online that discretely ship their products. I don't know any websites to recommend, so suggestions please.

If you're embarrassed to buy lube, you could just buy and use vaseline for temporary use. Just remember to wash/clean afterwards.

You can buy lubricants and vibrators through Amazon.com. I've done this a few times and haven't had problems with the products they sell, and the reviews tend to be pretty thorough so you can avoid the crappier products. If you don't have a credit card you can buy amazon gift cards at supermarkets or convenience stores with cash.

Just a suggestion if you're having a hard time buying these products in stores.

Just wanted to make a note that when pushing a finger into the vaginal opening, make sure you're crooking your finger toward your navel. Just following the line of the vulva and pushing back and in won't work, because you'll just hit the vaginal wall.

I just note this, because I had trouble with that when I was first locating my vagina and it was tight.

As another note, I would DEFINITELY not start with toys! When I first started fingering, just one finger was borderline uncomfortable and two fingers definitely ached. Even after years of using a menstrual cup, when I bought my first toy (this little sucker: http://venusenvy.ca/ocean-rechargeable-vibe ) which was fairly slim, it was still a bit of an achey stretch at first.

So, until you can insert several fingers, I would not recommend trying to put a toy up there.
