you don't know what you're going to like UNTIL YOU READ IT

It's a lot easier for you to just stop reading something than for you to identify an aspect of fiction you don't like and attempt to eradicate it from the earth.

There's no nuance with you at all, is there.

Did anyone say anything about eradicating something they didn't like? I seem to recall reading a secret that said, hey, everyone does this thing, it's not realistic, why does no one do something else.

I know there's a tendency among humans to see anyone that disagrees with us as the enemy. But that's really not what's going on here.

Also, just because it's not easy and looks impossible to eliminate problematic things from fiction, i.e. homophobia, doesn't mean the fight to change public opinion and culture isn't worth fighting for.
