You sound really young and really clueless.

Personally, I don't know any guys of any orientation who read teen novels (except sometimes the ones that have crossover fantasy/SF pop culture appeal like Harry Potter and Hunger Games)...because they're not teenagers. Haven't been teenagers for a long time. Have no interest in teenage stuff.

I know men who read het romances exist but I don't know any of them personally (which does not mean they don't exist, or that I have trouble believing they exist). The gay and bi men I know do read gay fiction, though, and slash if it's about characters they like. Why would this be hard to believe? Sounds perfectly logical to me.
