He's not vengeful either. He's annoyed that everyone keeps screwing up the natural order. He likes junk food.

Well, he did kill a guy for bumping into him on the street. I might remember this wrong, but didn't he also bring Bobby's wife and those other people back as zombies just to mess with Bobby. That's pretty vengeful and messing with the natural order.

That was an intro, and didn't really happen in the episode that I remember. He also didn't bring back the zombies. That was just part of the apocalypse coming. So, still awesome.

I always got the impression that he killed the man by bumping into him in the street because it was the man's time to go.
