So it really depends what you get out of it yourself. At the time I was going to cons, I liked the Q&As because it gave me an input on the creation process, so it wasn't just for the autographs, which, to be honest, I didn't care much about.
I got them usually to get a vibe of the person, as short as the interaction was.
Except for that one actor I had a crush on, and in THAT case, it gave me highs much like a drug, so it was nice. On the moment. Because afterwards there was the down that the interaction was short, fake, undignified, and that you get the feeling that no matter how much you're trying to interact like equal persons, you only get "made for fans" pat answers anyway.
So...
If you think you're not going to enjoy it, you're probably right to skip it.
