Kill Bill?

It's been on my to-watch list for ages, and I think I'd really enjoy it, but I have problems sometimes watching really violent/gory movies, and I've heard that it's pretty bad sometimes. :/

It's pretty gory, yeah, but most of the violence/gore is over-the-top enough that it doesn't feel too realistic. That made it a lot easier to watch for me personally.

Interesting. I don't know how things can be over-the-top with violence, but I might have to give it a try...for scientific curiosity.

Give it a try! I don't enjoy gory movies, either, but I enjoyed the action scenes in Kill Bill.

The violence is just... kinda surrealistic, I guess you could call it that? It's hard to describe but it didn't make me wince even when it was really gory. It is very scripted and clearly meant to look pretty and impressive, not so much to look realistic.

Hated that movie, but if you're only watching for sword-play...i guess go for it?

I've kinda always been in love with swords and all kinds of swordplay, so I'm thinking I'll watch it for that and skip parts if necessary.

Part 1 was awesome.

It was Part 2 that it went downhill.
