Good to know I'm not the only one who wonders about this sometimes... But I do it in a more embarrassing way, not gonna lie, I sometimes daydream about what would it be like if an inter-dimensional portal or something opened up this very moment and whisked me away to a fantasy land. Then I remember that I'm on my period without any extra stuff and I'm just like 'nope mission abort, not this week, inter-dimensional rift, come back later'

Seriously though, I do not envy female adventurers, especially the ones that get stranded with no supplies for a long period of time. I have no idea how they deal with stuff like that.
