Because white people only count when they are the majority.

The answer is, of course, a fucking lot. Millions of white people live in non-white majority countries. There are white people in every fucking country in the world.

Yeah, they do, but how many non-white majority countries are there in which white people make up a significant minority group? Maybe I just don't know. I do agree that white people face discrimination in foreign countries, (I remember being an exchange student in Japan and facing stereotypes, unfair judments, restrictions, etc), and I never said non-Caucasians aren't racist, (hoo boy, can they ever be), but white people are typically not a significant enough/established enough demographic in these countries for there actually to make institutionalized white racism a problem.

If you have any cases that contradict this, I'd be open to hearing about it.

Since you were an exchange student in Japan: Japan has some lovely cases of institutionalised racism - I have a few (white) friends who live there, job and everything, and it was almost impossible for them to get several sort of legal papers, not to mention a place to live just because they weren't Japanese.
