This is the second time in this thread that someone's subject line indicated it was a reply to my comment when it wasn't. Did I do something wrong?

I don't think size matters - they'd still want to know :P Just so long as reporting it would be worth your trouble.

It could be that, as the person wrote the subject line or clicked on the subject line field, they misclicked or pressed the wrong key and chose an old subject line that was stored by their browser.

It happened twice in the same thread and I've never seen that happen before. Also the comments didn't seem to be the kind you'd put a subject line in?
