No, it seems to me that using their real username/account would only detract from the "joke" and invite floods of angry responses and harassment on their journal and pm inbox.

As for commenting everyday, why not?

I get that whether they're funny or not is a very subjective thing, but their trolling is of the most benign type I've seen. I second the assumptions raised above me: is this a personal grudge thing because of a response of theirs to one or more of your secrets? Because otherwise, I don't get why trollometer annoys you but not all the other various trolls that have popped up around here. The regular ones have been banned over the last few months/years, thankfully, so maybe trollometer stands out more because of that?

I don't think they're damaging the community or anything, I actually enjoy clever and humorous trolling. But they're just so unimaginative and bad at it. I also have pms today, and everything is ten times more annoying, ok, I just felt like ranting about something tbh
