All the girls got stereotypically girly jobs. Don't get me wrong, some I can totally see (like Mimi's), but Sora as a fashion designer is where I draw the line. Sora. Fashion designer. You can not tell me that a girl who ever wore a hat like that has any interest in fashion.

I like to pretend that she became a bad ass player for Nadeshiko Japan (the Japan's women national soccer team) then becoming a coach for a elementary school soccer team after she retired. And ended up with Tai.

Well, them telling everyone about dreams and aspirations that were never once mentioned in the show. Like Daisuke/Davis owning a ramen company, Ken being a private eye, Matt becoming an astronaut, Sora becoming a kimono designer.

Although the shipping were a legit reason because some of them didn't make sense (Yamato/Matt and Sora were pretty out of the blue since they really didn't have much interaction in 01 and the show made it seem like Sora was only with Matt to make Tai jealous but got stuck in it, Ken and Miyuki/Yolei getting together even though Yolei only liked Ken's persona while he was in his Digimon Kaiser period and lost all interest in him afterward when Ken turned good and decided to be himself).

To be fair, those couples had plenty of time to develop romantic feelings for each other in the years before that reunion thing was shown (it was over a decade, right? Maybe two, idk) so I could believe that Matt and Sora got together and etc. even if it was kind of weird. I agree that it still felt kind of jarring though
