The fucking PLANES. Do you KNOW how long it takes to get a pilot's license? Or train people to fly without access to flight simulators? In secret? So they can dodge firebenders? NO NO NO NO NO Amon would have taken one look at that plan and said "screw that, let's stick with the airships, we know how to pilot them already and they're not FUCKING INSANE."
