Beneath the url address bar in Firefox, Safari, Chrome and apparently others, there is a space to add bookmarks in the form of buttons with the name of the site you want to add, so you only have to click on the button to visit that site.
So you enter the goggles site I linked above, look for the big dark button that says "Goggles", click on it, and without stopping pressing the left button, you drag it to the bookmarks bar beneath the url address bar I mentioned.
To use it, just go to whatever site you want to see, and click on it, and Goggles will appear.
If you can't see the bookmarks bar in your browser, trying clicking with the right mouse button somewhere near the top until you see something like:
Menu Bar
Navigation Toolbar
Bookmarks Toolbar
Add-on Bar
etc.
And make sure that Bookmarks Toolbar has a check mark right next to it.

Re: Installing it: That's the beauty of it! You're not actually installing it at all. If you get tired of it, you can stop using it or even delete it from your bookmarks. That's all it is, a bookmark that you click.
