If you do get turned on, try touching yourself when feeling turned on, fantasising, reading or watching something sexy. Get some lube, take it easy, vary the pressure and the locations. Don't even bother if you're not feeling horny, it might work for some people, but for many women, yeah, you may as well be fondling your elbow. Don't go in for it trying to come, just try to feel pleasure. If it still doesn't work then maybe you're just not wired that way, you're an outlier. Or you never know, one day it might make sense.

If you're not feeling a desperate longing for release through stimulation/orgasm then rubbish, no way is it mandatory for mental or physical health.
