- Sailor Moon crossovers. I will NEVER get tired of seeing random characters dressed as Sailor Senshi.
- A male character is revealed to secretly be a crossdresser when no one is looking (especially if he's a MANLY MAN like Thor or Wolverine).
- Characters discover fanfic of themselves on the internet and freak out. Meta ensues!
- Parodies and trollfic written in the style of My Immortal.

(Anonymous) 2012-07-10 04:25 am (UTC)(link)I don't know anything about SPN except that it's fandom has a reputation for being totally batshit, but I kind of get what you're saying. One of the reasons I can't bring myself to hate the Hetalia fandom (despite it's similar level of batshittery) is all the Germany-in-a-maid-costume fanart I've seen on tumblr. Not sure how that trend got started, but I find it hilarious.
