That might not be entirely bunk. Semen contains a lot of hormones, a number of which are geared towards keeping sperm alive, but some of which are mood related. There's cortisol (increases affection), oxytocin (elevates mood), serotonin (an antidepressant), and melatonin (makes you sleepy). All of these chemicals are naturally present in the body already to some degree, but regular additions of them will make a difference over time. (Scientific American has an article here, for the curious.)

There are two obvious caveats to this information, though. One, semen isn't naturally meant to be orally ingested (hurr hurr). Not to say that you can't, but simply that that isn't how it's set up to work. The vagina is an ideal environment for drug-absorbtion with lots of blood vessels setting under very thin skin. So I don't know how effectively these things will get into the bloodstream when swallowed. Two, semen will only have direct contact with an absorptive surface during unprotected sex.

...None of which leads me to believe that sex can cure bronchitis, lamentably.
