(Anonymous) 2012-07-14 02:33 am (UTC)(link)Your implication rules out Angel (the Series) fans who couldn't care less about Angel/Buffy--and even actively rooted for that ship to sink--but found the mother show grew a lot less compelling once he became the primary focus.
Seriously, I loved Spike through Buffy S5. I just came to find that I had no interest whatsoever in seeing him redeemed.
