Some do. Some don't. For some the refractory period varies wildly depending on several factors.

I do. Sort of. Of like a minute or two, sometimes less sometimes more. But sometimes I get over-sensitive and need a little break. A few minutes and I'm good to go again.

I imagine it differs greatly per person.

Yes, usually, but it can be and often is much, much shorter than a man's. Usually there's a point where stimulation is too much and you have to break off for at least thirty seconds or so before continuing, in my experience.
