You might be okay at first, but it will slowly suck the fire from your soul.
Doing voice-overs is the riskier option, but if that's your dream, at least give yourself the shot of trying to achieve it.
And even if you can't make it in that world, that path might lead you to interesting other options.
Adding to that, being a teacher specifically should be the sort of thing that should only be done by people who are passionate about it: so you can inspire and motive kids.
Op, you owe it to yourself to try (and those kids deserve a teacher who actually wants to be doing that job) - don't give up on your dreams. You will regret it - maybe not now, but somewhere down the line.
