90s TV was not the Holy Grail of TV, even by nostalgia standards.

That's because 80s TV was, LOL.

Seriously, though - early 90s Nickelodeon shows were pretty groundbreaking in their day. They more or less singlehandedly broke open the "tween" market with shows like Clarissa, Pete & Pete, Salute Your Shorts, and Hey Dude. And the 3 original Nicktoons were pretty damn awesome, even by non-nostalgia standards.

So, in short - let it go, dude. Most people ride the nostalgia wave for a couple of years during their quarter-life crisis and then get over themselves. The rest of us are content to stick with our own kind =)
