It's not their life. It's YOUR life, so own it.
Teaching is a difficult job. My mother is a teacher, and she works very hard for little pay. She takes tons of work home. And on top of that, she has to deal with difficult students and difficult colleagues.
But she does it because she loves it, and her heart is in it.
And another thing: teachers who hate their jobs make the worst kind of teacher. You won't be helping those kids if you hate your job.
Want to become a voice actor? It will involve hard work, and it will involve having to market yourself, and there will be failure and setbacks. But if that's what you really want to do, JUST DO IT.
