I thought the movie was way less than the sum of its parts... I liked the characters & acting, it had some cute/funny and some intense moments, some of the visuals were great, it never dragged for me... but on the whole the plot was rushed, the Thor/Jane romance was rushed, and Loki's motivations seriously vague.

Watching the deleted scenes made a bit more sense, but they also gave me a sense that the powers that be were struggling with some fairly fundamental problems with the script/plot/direction that should have been addressed way way earlier than they were.

It's rewatchable for me though, because it is on the whole fun and dramatic and I really like all the characters.
