Is tumblr-savior-style blacklisting a thing on AO3

Because I don't give a rat's ass how many people write Loki/Tony, I'm just sick to death of every fifth story in the Avengers 2012 tag being a Loki/Tony one. So, can I exclude works by tag or can you only include them? (I can't figure it out by myself because the filtering function is still kaput at the moment).

Or Clint/Coulson. I can't wait for the new and improved tag filters which will hopefully allow filtering stuff out.

I see people complaining about this sort of thing, and all I can wonder is how hard is it to keep scrolling? But admittedly, I have a lot of time on my hands at the moment. As people tend to tag things very oddly everywhere (Tumblr, AO3, etc) I would miss out on things if I made my searches too specific. I've seen people tag for pairings because the characters so much as say "hi" to each other. ^^;

One of my biggest peeves is when people put both "Character X & Character Y" (which means friendship or some other kind of platonic interaction) AND "Character X/Character Y" (which means romance) in their tags. When I'm searching for one, I usually don't want the other. I have such a hard time finding non-incest fics about Thor and Loki on AO3 because almost all the "Thor/Loki" incest fic is also tagged with "Thor & Loki".

This this this. Drives me nuts. I'm a gen fan, and I thought the "&" tags would make it easier for me to sort the friendship fics out from the 'shippy fics. Not so much!
