You can write fic with a rape or a a misogynistic scene, etc as long as you acknowledge (whether in or out of the fic or in an an) that you do not condone rape or misogyny or whatever.
And all the assholes above talking about how you should cry more, just let them fuck themselves. You can write what you want and enjoy what you want as long as you acknowledge the faults in what you might like.
