Also, honestly, for me, it takes a whole lot away from Peter's character. The motivation behind him is Uncle Ben's death and his words of advice. If Steve and Tony raised him, you lose that. Sure, he'd still have the whole heroic bit, but it would be a completely different take on it. And since "with great power comes great responsibility" is such a formative part of the Spider-Man story... the Super-Family version of Peter wouldn't be ANYTHING like the Peter in canon (which, hell, he might not be. I don't know. I don't read it.)
But hey, to each their own. Scroll past it, OP. Tumblr savior it. People love what they love.

I lovelovelove it in small doses, (and being able to see a gif of a scene showing a character's body language in slo-mo right in front of you is an amazing amazing thing) but I can't even imagine basing my fandom out of tumblr. It's pure id. Nothing but emotional reactions.
