I am so glad I am not the only person who feels this way. My family LOVES this show and I hate J.D. with the passion of one million first world problems.

Agreed. I actually really love the J.D. and Turk friendship - (and the Turk and Carla relationship).

J.D. was probably my least favorite character. And Elliot really grew as a character throughout the show, unlike him. *sigh*

I like watching her in How I Met Your Mother and pretend it's Elliot who finally realized JD was a douche so she ran away with their daughter, changed her name, and worked as a doctor in New York.

Of course that only works up until we actually meet Stella's ex, but imagining it was JD made me smile.

ME too! I actually really loved Stella....

...until she said she didn't love Star Wars.

(The only people who haven't seen Star Wars are the characters in Star Wars - and that's because they lived them!)

THIS! JD is the EPITOME of a Nice Guy--he goes out of his way to be "nice" to women pretty much just to get into their pants. That's why I loved the episode where his current gf was being hesitant about sleeping with him (she'd had major issues with her previous boyfriend), so JD actually considered sleeping with someone else, and when his gf found out, she dumped his ass. And he DESERVED IT.

THIS - THIS is exactly what I was thinking about. That entire relationship he was 'being a nice guy' by being horrible at all things. When they get locked in the hospital and he 'tries to impress her' UGH. I wish he had gotten a horrible disease.

Yeah, that episode... oh, God...

What really pisses me off is that JD KNEW about the woman's previous relationship--hell, the guy had gone to him about having an STD--and he STILL pulls this shit on her.
