i got my lj in 2005 so it was ages ago, at the time i was really into the sisterhood of the traveling pants and two of my favourite characters were carmen and bridget. i took their nicknames and used them for my username. i haven't read the books in ages but the name's grown on me. i think because it's two nicknames it's easy for me to look at carma_bee and go 'oh that's me, that's my other name'. i have no idea what username i'd have if i changed it.
