For some reason (probably because it's the middle of the night and I should be in bed right now, but instead I'm here and my brain is doing weird things) I thought that was Chuck Norris for like a split second before I registered who it actually was.

Anyway. David Shore has said that what happened after the finale is up to everyone to decide for themselves, so my version is that he somehow lived, whether it be from chemo, some super risky/dramatic cure House discovered, or just spontaneous remission, and they lived happily ever after.

The confusion is understandable, but I think Wilson is in fact way more of a badass than Chuck.

Wilson isn't even afraid to wear pocket protectors. :-D
