Maybe not quite as cracky as some of the others mentioned, but they were unexpected to me...

My best friend just discovered the show GCB on DVD and persuaded me to watch it. It's not really a fandom-y type of show at all, and I doubt most people here have heard of it (at least if it's been mentioned I haven't seen it). I'm usually all about the slash, and there's a canon gay character for once, and somehow I ended up shipping him with a woman. I still have no idea how that happened.

Also, I'm kind of obsessed with Eric/Pam from True Blood at the moment, which is weird because in 4 seasons the idea never really even occurred to me, and then it kind of crept up on me in the past few episodes. I don't know why it took me 4 years to see it, plus they're not exactly on the greatest terms at the moment.

Oh, and umm, I feel weird even admitting this one, but Hank and Evan on Royal Pains. Mainly because I feel people probably think the show is really lame, and there's like zero fandom. I don't think I've ever even come across a single other person that watches it on LJ/DW, or anywhere other than one specific site, and everyone there loves Evan/Paige, and even mention of the lead actor having more chemistry with the other guys on the show than his female love interests was enough to cause some people to have homophobic freakouts.

But yeah...I think those are the only ones that really make me go 'wtf'.
