I'm a big Asmi fan myself. And I don't think the poster was shipping them... just using them as an example for the height differences.

Honestly, I never saw Clemi either. There was that one part in the manga where Umi couldn't go to sleep and they had that talk and then he offered to make her that sleeping potion, but if anyone had a crush on anyone else there, it was a one-sided Umi-likes-Clef crush. But it never went anywhere. I just think she was grateful that he didn't hold any grudges against her for acting like such a brat in the beginning. But the anime decided to take that route instead, which pissed me off b/c then you're scorning two different people - Sierra and Ascot. And I NEVER saw Clef's "love" for Umi. Okay, so I can admit that maybe possibly sorta Umi might have had a crush on him. But I just CAN'T see him having a crush on her. WTF? Where'd that come from? Left field? Out of thin air?

Ascot just plain rocks. I love him so much. Asmi is a close-second fave behind Ferio/Fuu.
