At a certain point I set it aside and never went back to it. (IIRC it was scaring my kid, but I was also reading it for myself, so that's no excuse.)

But anyway, it may have Only Six Faces but it was pretty damn interesting and a little dark, plus slashy, so I think you have nothing to be ashamed of.

I'm, like, the opposite of you. I also read it as a kid and developed a huge crush on Blue-the-girl. But I don't think she's as attractive anymore in FR/LG. Maybe it's just the new artist's style.

I'm still glad they aged everyone up, though. I don't like serieses where the characters never age.

I'll be honest, Red/Green is one of my big ships. And they do look very fine.

I haven't read that much of it but I can't really find the art hot. Satoshi Yamamoto's habit of drawing characters (mostly Red I think) as teen/adult bodies with 11-year-olds' heads creeps me out a little. Also, whenever he has to draw someone with their mouth wide open he temporarily completely loses his mind and forgets what a face is.
