Men are not hardwired to stare at breasts. They may be hardwired to find them attractive,sure, but this is bullshit.

Do you think men societies where women spend large portions of their time topless stare at women like this man does in this comic? I doubt it (otherwise they would never get anything done).

Therefore, behaviour like this is cultural, not biological. I don't believe the 'they can't help themselves' crap.

+1, this is true. In several parts of Africa women walk around topless all day and nobody gives a shit. It's not in their culture to sexualize breasts.
