PG's boobs are way more than DDs, baby. Especially given her fairly trim ribcage, I'd say she's at least a G if not higher.

(As a 32G, I can testify that with a lower band size, high cup sizes don't necessarily look as big as people seem to think. And well... Powergirl's look big.)

haha I will totally take your word for it. I honestly don't spend that much time thinking about breasts, but I can appreciate them when I see them. I think it's probably one of the only cues to women that I'm not entirely straight :)
