And yet, if a guy wears really tight pants, you'll have no problem staring at his ass/crotch.

It's stupid to wear something that is designed to attract the gaze and draw the attention to a specific body part and then complain that people's attention is drawn to it.

Say if you dye you hair bright green when everyone else around you dresses soberly, don't be surprised that people stare at your hair. Same with boobs. Normally, the majority of people cover them up. wear something (a boob window) that exposes your breasts on purpose and is designed to attract attention to them (say, in this case, the rest of your torso is white with the only break being the boob window) well, then, don't be surprised that it serves its purpose and attracts attention to them!

And if a guy was walking around with cut offs so short that his penis hanging out, would you REALLY not stare? Or is it only OK for women to do this?
