(Anonymous) 2007-07-27 04:57 am (UTC)(link)I'd be less worried about it if she was ever honest with me, I feel like she puts up with me because she's bored and RPing with me gives her something to do.
Then again, she's a hypocrite who claims she's sick of one thing and when I suggest we try the opposite flips out about how 'her character would never allow that.' Then stop complaining you want a turn.
If it's an IC situation than I shouldn't have to feel bad for it always turning out that way - and if she's bored, she should say so.
Sorry, I didn't mean to rant in reply... I know what you mean, though. I'm always checking everything I do. I just wish more people would give the same courtesy, ask me before you put my character into certain situations. Is that too much?
Thanks for the comment!
Re: 11.
It's not really fair if they sorta jump a situation demanding your involvement on you without really talking to you about it. It's usually not that hard to just go, "Hey, mind if we do this." And likewise if you always play along, they should play along occasionally, too. Or negotiate the circumstances of how something could happen.
