They also wanted Adam Lambert, instead of the scarily beautiful Godfrey Gao, in that horrible Cassandra Claire book (GET OUT NOW, GODFREY!!).

Because apparently people can only conceive a character who wears eyeliner being played by someone who wears eyeliner IRL.
