Does anyone know where I could download the ~brilliance~ that is 50 Shades of Grey? PDF, ebook reader, whatever. I just want to read it without paying for it, unless I actually end up enjoying it/I end up getting horny from it, which is highly unlikely.

And my library has a hold list that's way too long...

Oh F!S, can you help me?

I'm sure if you look hard enough, you can find it, but as an editor for a publishing house, I'm frowning at you so hard for taking money away from a writer, even if it is based on fanfic.

also, the bestsellers, crappy or good, are what help the editors take a chance on the new writers and have the funds to promote them too

So, I'm curious: How much money have libraries been taking away from authors for a very long time by making books accessible for free?

Here hxxp://www.mediafire.com/?6m1038p6buuuuud

I keep sharing this for people who want to read it and not pay for it, and then I feel guilty for making this piece of crap accessible, but eh, whatever.

I'll take it, lol. I'm a bit curious about it myself (although the excerpts I've seen had me rolling on the floor)

. . .Just wait for the library. If you really want to read it so bad then waiting won't kill you. Otherwise, just buy it or borrow it from a friend. The book is a paperback; it probably won't kill your wallet to buy it.

Why don't you just go to Amazon, or books.google.com whatever, and download the preview.

I've thought about seeking this out just out pure curiosity, except whenever I hear someone quote it or read an excerpt I pass. I get this feeling I'd be wasting my time reading it, but the curiosity is so strong.
